|PROMOTING HEALTHY AND LOCAL NUTRITION
To maintain good health it is essential to follow a “healthy and sustainable” diet with a predominance of plant-based foods and moderate consumption of animal origin foods, with seasonal and local products.
|PREVENTION OF SEDENTARY LIFESTYLES
Sedentary lifestyle is a lack of movement or physical activity lifestyle. The World Health Organization (WHO) defines as “sedentary” the person who performs less than ninety minutes of weekly physical activity.
Smoking is a chronic addictive disease whose main clinical manifestations are cardiovascular disorders, respiratory disorders, and the onset of tumors.
|PREVENTION OF ALCOHOL AND DRUGS CONSUMPTION
It has been proven that the consumption of alcohol and other drugs in the workplace means increasing the chances of an accident, not only in the workspace, but also in our mobility.
Through this campaign, COMSA Corporación continues with its commitment to people, stimulating training and preventive culture, promoting health care and continuous improvement among the company’s employees.
