COMSA Corporación, through the COMSA-COMSA Service joint venture, has been awarded the contract for infrastructure maintenance on Lines 3 and 12 of the Madrid underground.
The contract covers the comprehensive maintenance of tunnels, stations, depots and storage facilities, which are essential infrastructures for ensuring the safety, reliability and continuity of the service.
The work includes preventive and corrective measures, with specialised interventions in masonry, locksmithing, glazing, painting, plumbing, sanitation, waterproofing and drainage, among others, helping to reduce incidents and improve the passenger experience.
This project reinforces the group’s experience in the maintenance of large transport infrastructures, putting our technical knowledge, operational capacity and commitment to excellence at the service of the end user.
