COMSA Industrial has been awarded the contract to expand and renovate the clean rooms at the Institute of Micro and Nanotechnology (IMN-CNM, CSIC) in Tres Cantos (Madrid).
The work will expand the surface area of the clean rooms from 300 m² to 500 m², bring the laboratories up to the highest quality standards and create a new level 2 biosafety laboratory (BSL2). These actions will enable the development of biotechnological processes under controlled conditions of purity and containment, promoting advanced research in micro and nanotechnology.
The project will include the drafting of the executive project and the health and safety study, as well as the execution and final validation of the facilities, ensuring compliance with the technical and regulatory requirements of the sector.
