CLD, the COMSA EMTE urban services company, has been certified for excellence in diversity at plus level in recognition of its disability inclusion policy. The audit team and manager of Seeliger y Conde Diversity presented the audit report and certification of excellence to the CLD Director of Human Resources, Ernest Martorell, and his team.
This certification confirms the commitment of CLD to its environment, diversity and equal opportunities, joining other companies that already have this accreditation, such as Seat, Cobega, Gas Natural and Abertis. The certification of excellence in diversity is based on the EDC model, a methodology for organizing, managing, monitoring and improving disability inclusion in companies.
Since its inception, CLD has considered social actions amongst its main development areas. Thus, the urban services company has participated in various projects, some of which have involved the recruitment of staff with disabilities and at risk of social exclusion.
