COMSA Rail Transport has participated once again in the International Logistics and Material Handling Exhibition (SIL), the leading trade fair in the sector in Europe, which is held annually in Barcelona. The16th edition involved 550 business exhibitors, 45% of them foreign, and more than 230 speakers.
As a leader in the sector, COMSA Rail Transport presented its latest developments in the field of transport and logistics during the opening day of the SIL. These include the strengthening of its international activity and its ability to develop rail traffic in Europe, following the recent entry of SNCF as an equity stakeholder.
During the day, the stand was visited by numerous transport and logistics businesses and professionals, as well as various prominent figures, including the President of the Regional Government, Artur Mas, the Secretary of State for Infrastructure, Transport and Housing, Rafael Catalá, and the Minister of Territory and Sustainability of the Catalan Regional Government, Santi Vila.
COMSA EMTE was represented by the Honorary President of the Group, Jordi Miarnau, the President, Jorge Miarnau, the Vice President, Carles Sumarroca, the Director General of Transportation and Logistics, Miquel Llevat, the Director General of Engineering, Guillermo Lorenzo, the Director of the Division of Transportation and Logistics, Ignacio Barrenechea, and various representatives of COMSA Rail Transport.
