COMSA Corporación, in a joint venture with VOPI-4, will carry out the BlueTechPort works, a new technology hub awarded by the World Trade Centre Barcelona (WTCB) and dedicated to the blue economy.
The project, designed by the b720 Fermin Vazquez Arquitectos studio and managed by G3 as Project Manager, will transform the old port warehouses on the Sant Bertran quay into a sustainable, innovative and flexible 25,700 m² building that will promote collaboration between start-ups, companies and institutions linked to the maritime and port sector.
The BlueTechPort reinforces the Port of Barcelona’s strategy of consolidating itself as an innovative, connected and sustainable port environment, promoting synergies between the different agents of the city’s blue ecosystem.
