From a technical point of view, it includes the development of a 30 kV distribution network, specific substations depending on the type of vessel, control and monitoring systems, as well as an underwater cable that will cross the Bilbao estuary to guarantee the electricity supply on both banks.<\/p>\n<p>With a budget of close to \u20ac50 million, this project is one of the most significant port electrification initiatives in Spain.
