In addition, accessibility will be improved through the Modal Transfer Centre and public lighting will be installed in the area.<\/p>\n<p>These works will optimise passenger flow, reinforce operational safety and facilitate connections with other modes of transport, contributing to more efficient and safer mobility as part of the urban improvement plan prior to the 2026 World Cup.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the refurbishment works on Line 1 of the Mexico City Metro carried out by COMSA have entered their final phase. Tests are currently being carried out with trains on the section between Chapultepec and Observatorio, where the works have already been completed.
