It aims to reduce the life-cycle costs of assets, extend their useful life and improve their reliability, availability and capacity.<\/p>\n<p>COMSA, one of the project partners, participates in of one of the seven project demonstrators. Thus, with the supervision of ADIF and the support of CIMNE and WorldSensing, it has installed monitoring devices, consisting of inclinometers and accelerometers, on the Viaduct over the Arroyo de las Huertas de Mateo (Cuenca) on the Madrid-Valencia high-speed line.<\/p>\n<p>This system continuously collects data and allows remote access. The data will be analyzed to detect potential structural damage and monitor the infrastructure&#8217;s condition over time.
