COMSA Corporaci\u00f3n, in a joint venture with CYCASA, will carry out the complete renovation of Bidebieta station in Basauri, modernising a station with more than 150 years of history and adapting its infrastructures to the current needs of users.<\/p>\n
The works include the construction of a new passengers’ building on the tracks, accessible from the future plaza that will be created on the roof, as well as the remodelling of the platforms and the track yard. In total, the three current tracks will be raised to install two new tracks, a central platform and the catenary will be renewed.<\/p>\n
This intervention will improve the accessibility and performance of the station, optimising connectivity for users of the C-3 line that connects Bilbao with Ordu\u00f1a. The works will extend along 1.1 km, from Lehendakari Aguirre Avenue to San Fausto Square.<\/p>\n
