The company has been awarded the contract for the works, with a total value of 6.1 million euros and an execution period of 23 months. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The works include the replacement of almost 19,000m2 of paved area of 3 different types: sloped areas with an insulating panel installed, sloped areas that then become flat with polyurethane waterproofing and finished with stamped concrete and flat paved areas that are being renewed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In terms of physical security, 4m high perimeter fences will be installed on top of walls and fa\u00e7ades and new concrete faces will be installed in the patios to guarantee a minimum wall height of 6 metres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As regards electronic security, the system of surveillance cameras, movement detectors, thermal imaging cameras and sensors will be reinforced, centralising the activity into a single control room.
