In order to be eligible for this course, and according to the requirements of the regulation FOM\/2872\/2010 of the 5th of November, the candidate must submit its academic qualification certificate (certified photocopy), its ID photocopy, two ID pictures, and the original of its psychophysical test (QUALIFIED).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A valid application shall include the abovementioned documents together with \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.comsa.com\/documents\/10851\/0\/Solicitud+de+matriculaci%C3%B3n+-+Curso+CRT\/52a5f092-3b02-43a2-bcdd-02f51f2e07f3?version=1.0\">registration application<\/a>\u201d (pdf.) fully filled and signed to: <a href=\"mailto:centroformacionCRT@comsa.com\">centroformacionCRT@comsa.com <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training course fee is 18,000 Euros.
