{"id":11705,"date":"2015-12-22T11:17:33","date_gmt":"2015-12-22T10:17:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.comsa.com\/?p=11705"},"modified":"2021-02-05T16:41:04","modified_gmt":"2021-02-05T15:41:04","slug":"comsa-medio-ambiente-and-sorigue-agree-the-purchase-sale-of-cld","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.comsa.com\/en\/renewable-energy\/comsa-medio-ambiente-and-sorigue-agree-the-purchase-sale-of-cld\/","title":{"rendered":"COMSA Medio Ambiente and Sorigu\u00e9 agree the purchase\/sale of CLD"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>COMSA Medio Ambiente\u00a0and Sorigu\u00e9 have reached an agreement for the purchase\/sale of Corporaci\u00f3n CLD subject to the preferential right of purchase of the minority shareholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sale is thus pending the fulfilment of a number of conditions, among which is the exercising of the preferential right of purchase of the minority shareholders who, in total (more than a hundred), hold 26% of the company shares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 1930, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.corpcld.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Corporaci\u00f3n CLD<\/a> is a company belonging to COMSA Medio Ambiente\u00a0that specialises in urban cleaning, collection and treatment of waste and industrial services. It is currently carrying out municipal service contracts in more than 70 towns and cities in Catalonia and Andorra.
