The project, a pioneering development in Spain, will begin operating in a few weeks in the Tarragona municipality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The system, which is fed by the electricity generated by the pressure in the water distribution network, will be available to the public for the free recharging of their devices through a station located on the town\u2019s seafront promenade. It will also incorporate free Wi-Fi access for part of the beach of Altafulla.
