These colleges have created a joint working group to promote the development of intelligent networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The head of COMSA EMTE \u2018Innovation, Energy and Facilities\u2019 and member of the board of the <a title=\"Cluster d'Efici\u00e8ncia Energ\u00e9tica\" href=\"http:\/\/www.clustereficiencia.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Catalan Energy Efficiency Cluster<\/a>, Albert Cot, participated in the conference with a presentation that introduced a ten point guide for energy efficiency. The proposals are designed to link technology to smart grids. Cot delved into the need to integrate distributed renewable energy (e.g. in buildings), automate and monitor the electricity distribution network and to provide tools for the management of private consumption and industries.
