EMTE Cleanroom Technology has begun work to expand the ElPozo food plant in Alhama (Murcia). The project includes the installation of clean areas for production lines slicing cooked and cured meat products. With a total area of 12,000 m2 it will be the largest plant of its kind in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The installation comprises of air treatment with specific materials for clean areas with low temperature and humidity. Additionally laminar flows will be installed on each of the slicing lines to maintain the required hydrometric conditions: temperature between 1 and 2.5 \u00b0 C and absolute humidity below 2.8 g\/Kg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EMTE Cleanroom Technology provides engineering solutions specifically designed for the food industry, where they have important references such as Grupo Siro, Grupo Bimbo, Danone, Mercadona, Grefusa, Gallo and Hero Group, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
