On the 26th March, COMSA EMTE participated in COAC Impulsa in Barcelona. This was a working seminar organized by the Colegio de Arquitectos de Catalu\u00f1a <\/a>(COAC) in which fifty two international experts in construction discussed the future of the sector and presented several proposals for accelerating the recuperation of the sector.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The Managing Director of the Group and Presiden of the Construmat<\/a>, Congress, Josep Miarnau, took part in a round table discussion which analyzed the conclusions reached in the seminar. During his talk, Miarnau showed his support for counterbalancing the current lack of financing with long term concessions and asked the administrations to find speedy solutions that do not represent large investments in the short term.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The Minister of Territory and Sustainability of the Generalitat of Catalonia, Llu\u00eds Recoder, closed the event. Recoder underlined that the tranformation of the construction sector involved housing rehabilitation, the regeneration of spaces and the technology revolution and he comitted himself to working towards speeding up legislation in these matters.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
