{"id":11448,"date":"2012-01-12T11:58:51","date_gmt":"2012-01-12T10:58:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.comsa.com\/?p=11448"},"modified":"2021-02-05T16:41:47","modified_gmt":"2021-02-05T15:41:47","slug":"award-for-the-environmental-project-by-emte-service-at-the-liceu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.comsa.com\/en\/maintenance-and-services\/award-for-the-environmental-project-by-emte-service-at-the-liceu\/","title":{"rendered":"Award for the environmental project by EMTE Service at the Liceu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Club EMAS, the Catalan association of organizations guaranteed by the European certificate of Eco Management and Audit Scheme, EMAS, has acknowledged the progress achieved by EMTE Service for the Gran Teatre del Liceu with the <em>EMAS Catalonia Award for the best environmental plan for \u00a02011<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The organization, which receives the collaboration and support from the General Directorate of Environmental Quality of the Ministry of Territory and Sustainability, awarded the Liceu\u2019s &#8220;2009-2015 Action Plan for energy saving and efficiency&#8221;, in which EMTE Service was responsible for 50% of the renovation project to the cooling system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a title=\"Premio EMAS a la mejor implantaci\u00f3n ambiental por COMSA EMTE, en Flickr\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/69167211@N03\/6753911301\/\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/farm8.staticflickr.com\/7026\/6753911301_9b73852271.jpg\" alt=\"Premio EMAS a la mejor implantaci\u00f3n ambiental\" width=\"450\" height=\"356\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Having become a model of reference, this plan has reached and consolidated the planned saving and energy efficiency targets. Over the last year, electrical energy has been reduced by 26% (2,152,000 kWh\/year) and emissions of harmful gasses have been reduced by 389 tonnes of CO2.
