In fact, in accordance with the group&#8217;s internal regulations, reporting this type of situation through the Ethics Channel is one of the obligations incumbent on all members of the Organisation.<b><\/b><\/p><p>Thus, is made available the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comsa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025_WhistleblowingSystemPolicy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Whistleblowing Management System Policy (Ethics Channel)<\/a>, which defines the general principles that COMSA Corporaci\u00f3n defends, promotes and adopts in the process of receiving, processing, recording, investigating and responding to the communications it receives through the Ethics Channel.<\/p><p>However, the specificities existing in other jurisdictions where the Group operates must be taken into account, as is the case of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comsa.com\/en\/compliance\/?acordeon=colombia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">companies in Colombia subject to SAGRILAFT\/PTEE<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comsa.com\/en\/compliance\/?acordeon=portugal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">companies in Portugal subject to the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption<\/a>.<\/p><p>The Ethics Committee is also the body responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the group&#8217;s Ethics Channel.<\/p><p>At COMSA Corporaci\u00f3n, as stated in our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comsa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/NI_num.5.1_Prevention-of-harassment-and-other-discriminatory-behaviour-protocol_EN_rev.12-06-2023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Protocol for the prevention of sexual and gender-based harassment<\/a>, we are also committed to the prevention and correct action in the event of any conduct of sexual and gender-based harassment at work.
