GRUPO COMSA has made inroads into the real estate concessions market, as can be seen from the projects in which it is playing a leading role.
One of them is the award of the land use rights concession for the courthouses in Terrassa and La Bisbal.
The other is the New Harbour Mouth Plan in the Port of Barcelona, which includes the unique Hotel Vela.
