IOSA Inmuebles handles the real estate business of GRUPO COMSA. This involves two major strategic lines: the development and rental of real estate assets (offices, residential, commercial and industrial) and the development, management, urbanisation and sale of land.
It also plays a role in developing senior housing in conjunction with its partner Grupo Layetana, with whom it carries out projects using the “Las Arcadias” brand name.
IOSA operates at the national and international levels and carries out projects in a range of locations including Madrid, Barcelona, Tarragona, Lisbon and Poland.
