COMSA adds the Pere Virgili Health Park to its car park concessions portfolio
06-05-2008The Barcelona Pere Virgili Health Park, a public facility run by the Government of Catalonia’s Department of Health, has awarded the building and operation of its car park to GRUPO COMSA. The contract also includes the construction of an administrative building and attached storage space.
The project, which has a €20 million budget, will provide 659 parking spaces and has a concession term of 32 years. The car park will be open to Health Park staff and the general public alike.
The Pere Virgili Health Park project is yet another addition to the car park portfolio held by COMSA Aparcamientos and which at present consists of 5,774 spaces in Catalonia, Galicia, La Rioja, the Region of Valencia, the Basque Country and Andalusia.
