The Concessions Business of GRUPO COMSA provides an overview and coordinates all the areas of activity which are necessary for the setting up and management of comprehensive concession projects.
Since it was set up in 2002 the Concessions Business has been gradually consolidating its position in infrastructure management and financing projects and expanding its business range from its first concession projects in urban rail transport and car parks to more recent concessions in toll motorways and roads and real estate infrastructures.
The Concessions Business operates in four different areas: railway infrastructures, roads and toll motorways, real estate infrastructures and car parks.
