GRUPO COMSA holds car park concessions in a number of regions in Spain including Galicia, the Comunidad Valenciana, La Rioja, Catalonia, Andalusia and the Basque Country.
Major concessions include the award for the construction and subsequent operation of the Ametzola and Plaza de Euskadi car parks in Bilbao, the underground car park in the Xifré gardens in Arenys de Mar in Barcelona and the underground car park in Avenida Sofía in Sitges.
COMSA Aparcamientos has also opened up a new line of business after winning the operation of pay-and-display car parking in Arenys de Mar (Barcelona).
