The La Boella estate produces both La Boella Extra Premium Virgin Oil with the Siurana denomination of origin and Arbosana Olive Oil, a variety which is native to Catalonia and only made at La Boella. Over the past few years, this product has made inroads into European markets such as Italy, Switzerland and Germany.
This olive plantation is exceptional in that it uses methods which respect human health and the environment and achieve premium quality while minimising the use of agro-chemical products.
Molí d´Oli La Boella has won several prizes in recognition of its quality. These include being named runner-up in three out of the last four years in the “Best Mature Fruity Oil” category in the awards presented by the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Fishing and Food to the “Best Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil”.
Molí La Boella olive oil is a member of the most exclusive club for virgin olive oils in Spain, the Grandes Pagos de Olivar association.
